New Year, New Office!
I am very excited to share that my space in Brentwood will be ready to welcome you and your family starting tomorrow! You can now find Rhea PT at 1750 S. Brentwood Blvd., Suite 502.

When I decided to open my own office last fall, I envisioned a place where all of my clients felt welcome and supported. As a parent of a rambunctious toddler, this meant creating a space where I knew it would be both fun and safe to bring my child (hello, outlet covers!). It also meant designing a space that felt warm and inviting. The truth is nobody wants to be going to pelvic PT. But that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the place you go for it!

I have had so much fun bringing my vision to life. Even though there is still much to do, I am confident that I am cultivating a space that feels comfortable, safe, and joyful.

So come as you are! I can't wait to share it with you!

December is going to bring some big and exciting changes to Rhea PT, so I’ve decided to pause this class for the month to focus on making my next move! Stay tuned for more!

Hello Yoga Moms! I want to say "thank you" to those of you who joined me for pre/postnatal yoga, along with your adorable babies, and made the first month of my new class a success! Class will continue on Tuesdays at 9:00 at Empowered Spaces, and I can't wait to see you there!

*Please note that this month, there is NO class on November 11th and November 25th for holidays.*
