A study published in The Lancet found that a restricted elimination diet could significantly improve ADHD symptoms in children. The diet, which removed processed foods, artificial additives, gluten, and dairy, led to symptom reduction in 78% of participants.

‼️ pharmaceutical drugs should never be the first approach to correcting health problems. They cover up symptoms without actually correcting the underlying causes, and come with side effects that can create new problems. I encourage all to look into how underlying issues are causing autoimmune dysregulation, gut issues, mood problems!
