I am always listening to the needs of our clients—and that’s why we’ve expanded! We’re excited to now offer spa services: Massages, Facials, IV Hydration, Stretch Sessions (for all ages), Sauna Relaxation, Normatec Compression, and a growing list of spa services to support your full-body wellness journey. We’ve also welcomed a few new providers to our team who bring even more care, expertise, and healing energy to our space.

Of course you can still schedule an appointment with me for therapy, doula support, spin classes, etc., AND I am the provider for Stretch Sessions, Sauna Relaxation, and Normatec Compression services.

It only makes sense that I host this event 😎. This free event is for ALL ages 10-14 years old. Registration is limited to 1 child ticket per registration (link in bio). This event and with the help of Inside Out 2, is to raise awareness about mental health issues common in adolescence, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem management, and ways to promote empathy and understanding towards these topics. We will have a pre-discussion and post discussion. The discussion will be led by Riley's Crew with the guidance of Dr. DeeDee. This event includes popcorn, drink, a Riley's Crew Swag Bag, and a DOPE experience.

Do your family, friends, and community a favor and become CPR/AED Certified. Yes, this training includes certification with infants, children, and adults in addition to First Aid.

We hope to never need to use the skills AND we certainly want to be prepared if we should need to.

How long is the training? 3 hours. So, you will be done by 11am.
Who can register? Anyone at least 14 years and older. So, the entire family can attend.
What are some benefits of having the certification? Helping someone who needs CPR or AED support can triple their chance of survival.

Yep, WE offer CPR and AED Certification at But First, YOU, LLC . It takes 3 hours out of your day to get trained to help save someone's life.

Be that person who can step forward to help when someone is choking or in cardiac arrest.
