Louis and surrounding communities, since its establishment in 2020. Conveniently located on Kennerly Road, Chestnut is an easily accessed center that delivers care quality by a full complement of professionals. Our center offers short, long term, palliative, and respite stays. The center has rehabilitation, medically complex, and long term care units. Our team of qualified professionals helps patients recover from surgery, injury, or serious illness. We understand the importance of creating a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere, whether you're here for short-term rehabilitation or long term care.
