This marks my final on-campus session at Logan University as I'm set to graduate in December with a Master of Science in Chiropractic Pediatrics🙏

I'm incredibly grateful for this full scholarship - it was really unexpected to be acknowledged for the humanitarian work we are doing with our foundation .ph. So much gratitude to have learned from some of the top pediatric chiropractors in the field, who served as mentors.

I have been applying my newfound skills, knowledge, and passion for pediatric chiropractic with so much excitement, as I know this can change the trajectory of a child's life. Equally excited to introduce these life enhancing techniques to our students at .ph.

Blazing trails isn't easy, especially when it takes a significant investment in time - I still don't know how I manage to get all the coursework done!!! When you apply yourself , work hard and have the intention to serve...... things fall into place.

“Don’t think about the money. Just focus on getting people well. The rest will follow.”

At the time, I didn’t fully understand the weight of that advice. But over the years, those words have guided every decision I’ve made and they’ve proven true. My father was a cardiologist, the best in the country, to be precise. And that’s not just my opinion as his son. It was echoed by colleagues, affirmed by patients, and reflected in the many lives he helped extend and improve. He understood something vital: to take care of someone’s heart, you had to connect heart to heart. People trusted him because he led with relationships. He didn’t just ask “what’s the matter with you,” he asked “what matters to you.” He embodied a kind of patient-centered care that wasn’t just clinical, it was personal. I saw this growing up, from the phone calls in the middle of the night that sent him rushing to the hospital, to the quiet moments where he sat beside patients and simply listened. Before diagnosing, before prescribing, before treating, he gave them the most invaluable thing in the world: his full, intentional presence. My dad was able to hold space with the same care and attention he brought to interpreting an ECG: attuned to every signal, every silence, every sign of life. He was my role model. The blueprint for who I strive to be as both a person and a practitioner.

Let your success be rooted in service. Let your knowledge be led by empathy. And above all: lead with heart.

My dad, the original Dr. Camara, always taught me to include everyone in my care...so here we are ❤️🇵🇭🌏🙏

"The pandemic happened and it became a wake up call. It showed us the need to realign our values and invest in public health efforts that reach the people that need it most. Chiropractors can help decongest hospital systems, freeing up resources for more urgent care. If we succeed with our first local research project comparing chiropractic care to standard treatments for low back pain, then all Filipinos - through Philhealth - could access chiropractic care. That's the end goal: build the evidence, grow the workforce, and show that this kind of care belongs in our national system." Thank you 🙏

I've been travelling quite alot but every time i step out of the country it truly enhances the care I can give to patients in the clinic. This last trip to Copenhagen specifically for my pediatric patients!

Learning through pediatric clinical rounds with .annettejoergensen at Clinic Nynhavn has been truly enriching. You have to meet this incredible human being yourself, but let's just say she's a baby whisperer!!!

Also very much enriched by connecting with faculty from Logan University, at the WFC Congress, as I work toward completing their Master’s in Pediatric Chiropractic by year’s end.

Grateful for the insights shared by experts from Africa, Denmark, and the U.S.—every session deepened my passion and purpose.

Looking forward to helping more children thrive through chiropractic care!

Honored to meet THE Scott Haldeman, one of the most respected doctors in chiropractic today. Dr. Haldeman bridges the disciplines of medicine (neurology) and chiropractic through his education, research endeavors and scholarly publishing across over 5 decades.

In admiration for the work he has done establishing , a global NGO, delivering sustainable, evidence-based spine care to underserved populations. Under his leadership, WSC has established clinics in Africa, Latin America, and South Asia, focusing on care, training local providers, and advancing research.

Deeply humbled to be asked to explore collaboration between WSC and our foundation to move toward shared goals of accessible, integrative spinal health care for All❤️🌎🙏

Happy to present the progress that we've made at .ph to this prestigious group of chiropractic educators via the panel: Impact through International Collaboration. I didn't expect to receive a standing ovation from the National Assembly of Members🙏🙏🙏

I am so privileged to have presented the prestigious John Sweaney lecture at Biennial Congress. I met John in 2004. He left a lasting legacy, as the principal author of the WHO guidelines in basic training and safety in chiropractic - a document I am proud to have contributed to as a subject matter expert. My lecture showed how this visionary's work became the framework for the Philippine government to start accrediting the chiropractic profession in our country🇵🇭❤️

What made this talk extra special was the presence of his widow, Inger, who was moved to tears to see the lasting global impact of her husbands life's work. Swipe to see our tender moment❤️🙏

Grateful 🙏🙏🙏

Honored to receive the David Chapman-Smith Honor Award, the highest award given by the WFC reserved for individuals who have made a significant contribution to the global chiropractic community. For those who don't know, the WFC is United Nations of Chiropractic with official relations with the World Health Organization, as a non state actor

"It's a tremendous honor. I do the work because I need to do the work. It's the context in which I was born. I was put in a position where I could do something and I didn't feel right not doing anything...This award isn't for me, I want this to bring in more educational partnerships, more people to the Philippines, more students to become doctors to serve the communities who are in need of this kind of care. This is us working together so that populations can thrive with Chiropractic."

Our work with .ph and .ph has been nothing short of fulfilling. And I invite you to join our movement to provide Chiropractic care for all ❤️🌎🙏

It's been a whirlwind of a week - so much value for time spent at this Congress! I'll share more in the days ahead🙏

Deeply honored to receive this Service Award from 🙏 Sharing some of my most memorable FICS moments across the years - swipe to the end!

I have had the privilege of being a member of FICS since the late 1990s. In 2012, I was honored to step into the executive council representing Asia. Over the years, I became increasingly immersed in this role, which allowed me to travel to various regions around the world and connect with the wonderful, dedicated members and leaders of our organization, all united by a single mission: ensuring that all athletes have access to Sports Chiropractic Care.

This simple yet profound statement involves multiple facets. It requires collaboration with International Sports Federations, the World Games Association, and even the International Olympic Committee. It also involves driving educational initiatives through our International Certification in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) program. Most importantly, it means volunteering at international and local sporting events to provide care to athletes who need these essential services.

Throughout my journey with FICS, I have been fortunate to serve as an Executive Committee member, Educational Commission member, International Games Commission member, Ethics Commission member, and as an instructor for the ICSC program.

This year, I made the difficult decision to step away from FICS to focus on our educational initiative, the Camara Institute of Chiropractic Sciences, as well as our foundation, Hands for Vitality. Additionally, I will be leading the Association of Professional Chiropractors of the Philippines during this critical period.

While I will miss my active role with FICS, I am deeply grateful for the meaningful and lasting relationships I have built with the remarkable individuals who comprise this inspiring organization. Together, we have served not only athletes but also the chiropractic profession as a whole.
