Latitiana's Healthcare Group is seeking Home Health Aides to join our IL/MO team. Our ideal candidates are self-starters, punctual, and reliable. We prioritize keeping clients in their home safely.

Responsibilities:
Provides personal care, light housekeeping, and emotional support to clients within their home setting. Assist the client with activities of daily living and monitoring their health status.
Core Responsibilities
Personal Care:
Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervisor
Light Housekeeping:
Performing light cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Making beds and doing laundry
Offering emotional support and encouragement
Companionship and Emotional Support:
Providing companionship and engaging in activities with clients
Offering emotional support and encouragement
Transportation:
Assisting with transportation to medical appointments and errands
Communication and Documentation:
Communicating with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Documenting client care activities and observations
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Empathy and Compassion: Home Health Aides must be patient, understanding, and caring.
Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for interacting with clients and healthcare professionals
Time Management: Must be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Physical Stamina: The job can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients.
Background Checks: A criminal background check will be run (Local and National)
Certification: N/A
*******Latitiana's Healthcare Group will provide CPR /transfer training*******
Training: Home Health Aides are required by the company to attend paid training for 2 weeks before beginning work with clients.
