Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join us full-time.

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse outpatient caseload
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and function
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-management
- Utilize our AI-powered documentation system to reduce charting time and increase time spent with patients
