Welcome! So glad you’re here!

My name is Loryl Dawn Breitenbach and I am a certified IIN Health Coach and NLP Master Coach and Trainer. What does that mean? It means I am committed to empowering you to take charge of your health both in Body as well as Mind. Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) is where the Mind part of the equation comes in. NLP is the science behind how to use our inner and outer dialogue to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. Some may compare it to Mindset Coaching. Except here we will use scientifically proven methods to create lasting change. The best thing about this is that the positive changes you create will have a ripple effect throughout your family, including your kids! This is where my passion lies. As Parents we tend to put our needs last as we juggle all the things that come with parenting. A new level of juggling mastery is unlocked when a child, spouse or parent has extra-ordinary health needs. Putting on our oxygen mask first is absolutely essential for thriving through these times and truly being present when it's needed most. In this space we advocate hard for those who depend on us and even harder for ourselves!

I used to not be a morning person. I’ve learned through time that thats where the magic is made.
Spring is coming and the birds that awaken us have begun to sing….they start when it’s dark out too….excited for all the opportunities that await!

When you feel stuck remember every dawn is a new day! A chance to make new choices, begin new habits, gain new perspectives, try new strategies, recognize new successes, breathe fuller, and ultimately love the life you are creating! Get excited- even if you do not see the light yet…like the birds, you know it’s coming.

When kids have dietary restrictions you strive to find things they enjoy. Today my son and I took 2nd Place with our Boy Scout inspired cake! He imagined it and helped me bake it. Can you believe it’s free of: Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Soy, Tree Nuts and Corn and it’s Vegan too! This cake and icing has been tweaked and perfected for two years, cheers to Allergy free food fun!

Today, on Rare Disease Day, APFED stands with the 30 million Americans affected by rare diseases—including those living with eosinophilic disorders. These chronic and often debilitating conditions can make everyday life a challenge.

💜Why Awareness Matters
Eosinophilic disorders are often misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and lack sufficient treatment options. Many patients struggle with access to care, insurance barriers, and limited research funding. By raising awareness, we amplify the voices of those affected and push for better treatments and policies to improve lives.
