Regenerative therapy is helping people rethink what recovery can look like.

Instead of simply managing pain, regenerative treatments are designed to support your body’s natural healing process—helping to reduce discomfort, improve function, and get you moving with more confidence again.

For many adults, aches, stiffness, or lingering injuries start to feel like “just part of getting older.” But in many cases, there are still options to help your body repair and respond in a more meaningful way.

At HouseFit Physical Therapy, we focus on helping you stay active, independent, and doing the things you love—not sitting on the sidelines. Regenerative therapy can be one of the tools that supports that goal, especially when paired with a personalized movement plan.

If you’ve been dealing with chronic pain or feel like you’ve tried everything else, it may be worth exploring what’s possible next.

📞 Call 314-939-1377 to schedule a free consultation and find out if regenerative therapy is right for you.

“After working one-on-one with Erica, my knee pain went back to normal—without medication.”

Darleen chose our clinic for the personalized care, smaller class sizes, and the confidence of working directly with licensed physical therapists. Unlike crowded, insurance-based clinics, she found a supportive space designed for real results—especially for adults 55+.

While care here is an investment, Darleen says the individualized attention and hands-on support made all the difference.

Still dealing with shoulder pain that just won’t go away?

Dr. Beth recently joined Studio STL to talk about a different way forward—one that focuses on healing, not just managing symptoms.

At HouseFit, we use advanced regenerative treatments like EMTT and Shockwave Therapy to stimulate recovery, improve mobility, and help you get back to doing what you love—without relying on surgery.

Even better, when we combine these therapies with targeted Physical Therapy, we’re able to rebuild strength and support long-term results.

✨You don’t have to settle for limited movement or ongoing discomfort.✨

Take the first step today—call (314) 939-1377 to claim your FREE consultation.

Physical therapy in a gym setting focuses on one thing: helping the body move better.

At HouseFit, sessions take place in an environment designed for building strength, improving balance, and practicing real-life movements. This allows each session to translate directly into everyday activities like walking, bending, reaching, and getting up with confidence.

This type of movement-based approach is especially important for those with Parkinson’s, where consistent exercise can help improve mobility, balance, coordination, and overall function.

By working through movement, the body can rebuild strength, improve stability, and stay resilient over time.

Because staying independent isn’t just about reducing pain, it’s about having the strength and confidence to keep doing what matters most.

Your home is where life happens—and it’s also one of the best places to work on your strength, balance, and mobility.

In-home therapy allows you to practice movements in the exact environment where you need them most. Whether it’s getting up from your favorite chair, navigating stairs, or feeling more confident walking, every session is tailored to your real life.

Because staying independent isn’t just about exercise—it’s about being able to keep doing the things you love.

⭐ HouseFit Hero ⭐

This month’s HouseFit Hero is Elizabeth.

Before HouseFit, Elizabeth struggled with balance and strength, causing her to miss out on meaningful moments like family gatherings and church.

After a recommendation from her physician, she took the first step—and hasn’t looked back.

Elizabeth has gained strength and confidence, no longer feeling unsteady when standing up. Her daughter has even noticed she’s moving better and looking stronger. Best of all, she’s back to attending the family events she once had to miss.

What she appreciates most:
“They show genuine interest in my progress and well-being, and I always feel supported and encouraged.”

Her advice?
“Go for it. Try it—you’ll like it.”

We’re so proud of you, Elizabeth 💙

What if knee pain isn’t something you just have to live with?

For many adults, the conversation around knee pain jumps straight to medications, injections, or surgery. But those options don’t always address why the pain started in the first place.

At this free seminar, you’ll get a clearer understanding of what’s happening inside your knee—and what you can do about it.

Dr. Beth will walk you through:
• The underlying causes of arthritis-related knee pain
• Why common treatments often fall short
• A different approach designed to support healing and movement

If you’ve been told to “wait and see” or feel like your options are limited, this is your chance to learn what else may be possible.

At HouseFit, most of our clients are in their 70s, 80s, and 90s.

And they’re not here to slow down.

They’re here to get stronger, improve their balance, and stay independent.

That requires a different level of thinking.

✔ Managing multiple medical conditions at once
✔ Understanding medications and their impact on movement
✔ Addressing balance, fall risk, strength, and pain together
✔ Setting goals that challenge people—without selling them short

This is where advanced training in geriatrics truly matters.

Because age should never be the reason someone is held back.

If anything—it’s the reason to invest more.

If you’re a clinician who wants to practice at a higher level and make a meaningful impact… you’ll feel right at home here.
