Over the years, weโ€™ve recommended many great books in our newsletters about healthy aging, mindset, movement, and living well. Now youโ€™ll be able to find many of those titles right here at the gym.

Next time youโ€™re in, take a moment to browse the shelf and pick out a book that interests you.

Weโ€™d also love your help growing the collection. If you have a book youโ€™ve already enjoyed but no longer need, feel free to bring it in so someone else in our community can enjoy it too. Fiction or non-fiction are both welcome!
