Bible Study’s are back! I’ve been pregnant two years back to back and focusing on my home far as ministry! It’s so amazing how God can switch your assignment when you’re thinking that God is leading you in another direction! I took a long break from social media and I can say that it was well needed, but now it’s time to be about my Father’s business because people need Him! Let’s talk about how most of us was taught that REST was a form of laziness. Especially in black households!

Sleeping in isn’t something you suppose to do because there is always something needs to be done. (Chores and etc)

Traumatic…because a lot of us struggle with being busy bodies that equates to high-functioning anxiety and high-functioning depression.

REST is not LAZINESS! Please after you don’t all you’ve can, REST! A lot of people are sleep deprived which has caused strokes, heart attacks, and dealth! You’re not lazy because you decided to rest! Rest, Heal, and give yourself some GRACE! Shyne Your Light, INC.

For women’s month we are highlighting Postpartum Depression & Postpartum Anxiety for our moms and mom-to-be! Here is the link for our FREE support group ladies!

Often times we as women are aware of these symptoms and a lot of time we aren’t being properly treated for postpartum depression and anxiety!

Did you know you can go into Psychosis if postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety is left untreated; hence the overwhelming, overstimulation, moody, easy frustrated, and depressive episodes that you’ve been experiencing can get worse.

When a mom lack community, support, and help emotionally, mental, mentally, spiritually, and physically it can also contribute to mental breakdowns! These breakdowns can last for yearrrssd left untreated!

Moms and moms-to-be, let’s be informed and healed!
