Counting Sheep not working? A tip for turning your brain off (other than getting adjusted ) is to Pick a word (like REST) and start with the R and think of as many words that start with the letter R, when it starts getting hard to think of R words, move to the E, then to the S and T- honestly by the time I get to the third letter many times I am drifting off. Occasionally I have to move on to a second word, but not often. Try it and let us know if this helped you!
