I’ve been officially in the fitness industry 10 years (8 years coaching, 2 years front desk/cleaning $hiters 🤷♂️🤷♂️🙃🙃) and 15 years in the gym learning to be my best self which helped me lose over a 100lbs all on my own and you know what?
I still love this $hit as much as I did when I first started coaching/truly helping ppl!
I’ve always had a calling to help/serve ppl, just didn’t know how I wanted to do it….the gym easily showed me the way!
Take for example Gail who’s in her 70’s has balance issues, knee, and back pain. We’ve been working together for 2 months now, comes in twice a week and her balance has greatly improved, doesn’t hurt to get off the couch/floor anymore, and feels the best she has in 20 years. She told me last night, “I don’t think I could have done this without you, you just dumb it down where I understand it, have patience, and definitely keep it interesting (if you have ever trained w/me you never know what I’m going to say next or what analogy’s going to correlate to that exercise/workout 🤷♂️🙃😬😬😂)”
Gail reminded me last night, exercise can change your life in so many ways for the better, it did for me and now it’s my calling to help as many ppl as possible achieve the same results/feelings as I did in my own unique way!
