Before his transformation he was a real shy, quiet person who lacked confidence in most areas of his life. Then one day it hit him the source of his problems was his weight! After a year of an intense exercise and a strict nutrition regimen he dropped the 100 pounds! He transformed not only his body, but his mindset had shifted into being more positive and gave him the confidence he desperately needed! This is the whole idea behind Kryptonian Muscle, the HOPE to INSPIRE others to CHANGE the world for the better through health and fitness! We specialize in:

Dieting/meal prep doesn’t have to be borning!

You just have to get creative!

Take for example these three meals:

Breakfast = egg muffins from , oj/apple juice, apple cinnamon oatmeal.

Lunch = bulk hibachi chicken , jasmine rice, peppers onions, salsa, buffalo sauce

Dinner = bulk steak from air fried russet potato wedges, green beans, bbq sauce.

Tons of flavor, nutrient dense, filling, and helps me perform throughout the day (that way you can have a “treat/free meal” once or twice a week 💪🏻🔥👍🏻😎😬👌🏻😉)
