Dr Gail Cloud, DC, Body Presencing

Dr Gail Cloud, DC, Body Presencing Chiropractic Physician, Family Systems Facilitator, and Psychological & Medical Astrologer and author of the book, Therapist's Daughter. I live in St.

I want to be vital until the day someone lays me in the grave. That is why I became a chiropractor over 20 years ago. I am passionate about anything that relates to well-being. Louis with my inspiring husband and beloved dogs. As a chiropractor, I act as an interpreter so my patients can listen to, understand and integrate what their bodies are saying to them so they can live more whole, healthy and vital lives. Then they are able to interact with the world in a way that contributes to us living in peace, and with joy and prosperity. As a facilitator in the Family Constellation work and family systems work, and as a life coach, I assist my clients towards knowing who they are and being who they are in the world, always connected to their families and their communities, and yet separate from them so they can live lives of wholeness and vitality and contribute to the world living in peace, joy, and prosperity. I have trained with Debra Silverman and am certified by Debra Silverman as one of her astrologers, and also trained with Judith Hill, and is training with Demetra George to further my study and understanding of the science and art of astrology. I interweave the power and understanding astrology gives us into my work in a unique way that integrates one’s understanding of oneself, and the dynamics of, and the voices of those we carry inside of us through our lineage and our family of birth. I give a unique approach to the therapeutic process and to the ways in which astrology can be used to help us to accept ourselves, to understand ourselves and our purpose, and help us to grow and heal as individuals.

As we step into 2026, it can be helpful to pause and ask ourselves a few gentle questions.

What would you like to bring into your life this year?
Perhaps more movement, new friendships, travel, creativity, or time for reading and reflection. And just as important, what might you be ready to release so something new has space to grow?

Instead of only focusing on goals, try asking yourself:
What would it feel like to be living this?
Or, what would it feel like to let that go?

Our bodies often know the answers before our minds do.

This is where routine, gentle movement, and Fascial Maneuvers can be powerful tools. Each week, I share a free Fascial Maneuver of the Week! Simple practices designed to support growth, healing, nervous system reset, and a greater sense of ease in the body.

If you’d like deeper support as you explore what you’re ready to welcome, or release, I offer Fascial Maneuver classes, consultations, and integrative work through BodyPresencing™.

Let’s talk about what this next year is asking of you.

With care,
Gail

We’re standing at the edge of a new year. The closing of 2025 and the unknown of what 2026 will bring. Moments like this can stir a lot inside us: hope, worry, anticipation, and sometimes fear.

While we can’t control what’s ahead, we can choose what we want to carry forward and what we’re ready to leave behind. Many of us naturally focus on what’s been difficult or painful. And yet, when we gently place that alongside what we appreciate something begins to shift.

In my own life, I notice how powerful it is to hold both: acknowledging what was hard and honoring what sustained me. That balance creates more clarity and a steadier place to step into the new year.

If you’d like support in reflecting, setting intentions, releasing old patterns, or listening more deeply to what your body and inner life are asking for, I’m here. Through BodyPresencing™, consultations, fascia work, astrology, and mentoring, we can explore what it means for you to move into 2026 with more ease and intention.

Gail

This time of year can feel especially full. Shopping, cooking, decorating, gatherings, and family dynamics layered on top of already busy lives. It’s often when our routines slip, even though routine is one of the most powerful ways we can alleviate stress.

For me, routine and Fascial Maneuvers go hand in hand. Gentle, familiar movements help the body release tension, reset the nervous system, and create a sense of grounding when things feel hectic. They remind us to come back to ourselves.

I offer a free Fascial Maneuver of the Week on YouTube for exactly this reason. So you always have something simple and supportive to return to. If you miss one, you can go back anytime. A new maneuver drops every Wednesday, and subscribing to the playlist helps you stay connected.

If you’d like deeper support, I also offer weekly Fascial Maneuver classes, both virtual (Mondays at noon) and in person (Thursdays in St. Louis). These classes create structure, community, and space to breathe. Especially helpful during the holidays.

This season is also a good time to remember the importance of boundaries. Knowing when to say yes, when to say no, and how to take care of yourself is not selfish, it’s necessary. If you’d like help with movement, routine, or setting healthier boundaries, I’m here.

With care,
Gail

✨ Looking Ahead to 2026: Tarot & Astrology with Gail & Nikki ✨

As we approach a new year, many of us feel the pull to pause, reflect, and ask deeper questions about what lies ahead. Dr. Nikki Nienhaus and I are offering a 90-minute virtual workshop where we’ll explore both the global themes of 2026 and your personal path using tarot wisdom and astrological transits.

This is a space to bring your questions about relationships, personal growth, career shifts, health concerns, or anything else that feels alive for you as the year unfolds. We’ll begin with a global reading and then move into mini personal readings, allowing time and care for each participant.

📅 January 3, 2026 | 10:00 AM CST | Zoom
There are two ways to attend:
• Global forecast only
• Full workshop with your personal reading

If you would like to enter 2026 with insight, intention, and support, we would love to have you join us.

With care,
Gail

This holiday, enjoy treats that still feel nourishing to your body. This is one of my go-to “healthy” holiday cookie recipes.

I use nut butter as the base, sweetened with honey or maple syrup, mixed with almond flour, and finished with a chocolate coating. I freeze the mixture, let it thaw just enough, cut it into bars, and enjoy. Simple, satisfying, and supportive rather than draining.

Food is one of the ways we take care of ourselves. How we eat during the holidays can either add stress or bring more ease. If you’d like support around healthy choices, balance, and listening to what your body truly needs, my lifestyle coaching can help guide you in a way that feels doable and kind.

Gail 🍪

Healing is never a straight line. It rises, dips, pauses, and moves again. When we expect it to be linear, the days we feel good can be overshadowed when old pains or emotions return.

Both our bodies and our hearts speak in an ebb and flow. Sometimes physical discomfort reflects old fears. Sometimes emotional struggle shows up in our muscles, fascia, or breath. When we can approach these moments with curiosity instead of judgment, new insights are revealed.

If you find yourself in one of these up-and-down places, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help you listen to what your body is saying and understand what it needs next. Reach out if you’d like support in making sense of your healing process.

Gail

Happy Holidays!

This time of year can carry so much, emotionally, physically, and energetically. So I wanted to offer something that supports you not only now, but all year long.

I’ve started a new Fascial Maneuver of the Week series. Each short video teaches a simple fascia movement you can do at home, along with a small health insight to help your body and whole self feel more at ease. These exercises have helped me tremendously, and I hope they can be a gift to you as well.

This week I’m sharing a movement called Anti-Gravity. A gentle, whole-body maneuver that you can do either sitting or standing. Anti-Gravity helps decompress the spine and is a wonderful support for anyone dealing with spinal tension, scoliosis, or stenosis. Practiced daily or several times a week, it can help your spine feel more youthful and your body more at ease.

You can subscribe to my YouTube playlist by searching “Gail Cloud” on YouTube, or by looking for the playlist: Fascial Maneuver of the Week.

If you’d like to learn these maneuvers, I also offer weekly classes:
✨ Virtual (Zoom): Mondays at 12 PM
✨ In-person (St. Louis): Thursdays at 4 PM
bodypresencing.com/fascial-manuevers-stlouis

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re seated, standing, using a walker or wheelchair, or simply wanting more ease in your body.

Wishing you comfort, breath, and gentleness this season,
Gail

How do you respond when someone offers criticism?
For many of us, even helpful feedback can land in a tender place. I often feel it in my gut. A tightening, a sense of being “hit” or taken off guard. Our bodies speak long before our minds make sense of what’s happening.

It can be a powerful practice to notice where criticism lands in you and what part of you is reacting. Is it your adult self? Or a younger part still seeking safety and understanding?

If this is something you’d like to explore, I’m here.
Let’s talk about how we hear, receive, and move through criticism in a way that brings more clarity, compassion, and grounding.

🍁 As the holidays approach, many of us feel old emotions stirring.

Being with family can bring us back to places we knew as children, and sometimes we find ourselves reacting from that younger part of us rather than from who we are today. It’s easy to forget that we, and our family members, have grown and changed.

One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is to make the holidays our own… to create days that feel nurturing, peaceful, and meaningful for us.

If you notice old patterns surfacing, or if this season feels tender for you, I’m here.

Reach out if you’d like support in finding more ease, understanding, and grounding as the holidays unfold.

With care,
Gail 🌿

💛 Do you love yourself?

Our real healing work begins when we learn to love all of who we are. Not just the parts we show the world, but the pieces we hide, ignore, or judge. When we can meet those forgotten parts with compassion, something shifts and we come home to ourselves.

As the weather cools down, my body starts craving warm, nourishing meals — so I made my go-to vegetarian lasagna! It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and completely meatless, but still full of flavor and comfort.

Share your go-to recipe in the comments! Reach out to me for specific dietary needs, I would love to help!
