Reminder to Medicare beneficiaries: You have until December 7 to re-evaluate your Part D (prescription) coverage for 2026. Even if you were happy with your 2025 plan, the prescriptions covered and insurance costs often change (sometimes a lot) from year to year. I HIGHLY recommend that you re-evaluate your Part D coverage EVERY year using the Medicare plan finder tool. It is pretty straightforward to use, but if you need help, contact your HD social worker, or other resource! https://www.medicare.gov/plan-compare/

End the year with fellowship and support by attending the final support groups of 2025! St. Louis's group ends each year with a pot luck. Details from support group leader Alyssa: Each December, we do a potluck style group. In my opinion, there is almost nothing better than feeding ourselves and feeding others. If you are able, please bring a dish to the support group. Absolutely NOT A BIG DEAL if you are not able; we always have a TON of food. I will bring plates, utensils, and to-go containers for everyone to take food home. If you are able to bring food, I do ask that you try to bring an ingredients list in case there are any concerns about food allergies from one of the attendees.

I cannot wait to see everyone and fill our bellies! Hope you all taking care of yourselves!
