Golden Care Alliance Consumer Directed Services Consumer directed services programs are open to Missouri Medicaid eligible individuals 18 years of age and up.

Golden Care Alliance is a family owned Consumer Directed Services (CDS) provider through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. These individuals must be approved for services through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) needs assessment. An individual who has a physical disability can get services through a CDS program, however they must be able to direct the personal care that they need, and hire an attendant. Examples of personal care include (but are not limited to) cleaning, bathing and meal preparation.

Golden Care Alliance was proud to participate in the People's Health Centers' Tornado Relief Fair this past Saturday 🥰 It was a successful day, and we loved connecting with the community we grew up in—the 63112 area.

Beyond giving away a TV, foot massager, and gift card, our main goal was to share valuable information about Missouri's Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program. This program helps people with disabilities live independently and more fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and to People's Health Centers for a great event. We look forward to continuing our work in the community!

Golden Care Alliance was proud to participate in the People's Health Centers' Tornado Relief Fair this past Saturday 🥰 It was a successful day, and we loved connecting with the community we grew up in—the 63112 area.

We're back and excited to share some big news with you! Golden Care Alliance, Consumer Directed Services, and Peoples Community Action Corporation are partnering up for a fantastic event right here in St. Louis!
