The Brain Injury Association of Missouri (BIA-MO) Lebanon Support Group will not meet next week on Monday, January 19, 2026. The next meeting will be on Monday, February 2, 2026!

MU Extension will be hosting a Virtual Mental Health First Aid training on January 22nd from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This evidence-based training will equip you with the tools to:
▶️ Recognize the signs that a person may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.
▶️ Provide initial support and reassurance.
▶️ Connect youth to appropriate professional help and resources.

Important note: Participants are required to complete 2 hours of self-paced online training prior to the live session.
