MFA Incorporated and MU Extension are focusing on mental health support for Missouri farmers. Stress on the farm is high — and for so many reasons. But our farmers are essential, not just for the upcoming harvest, but for everything they give us: family, food and a future.

If you're struggling, please reach out. Call, 573-882-4677 to talk to a professional who truly understands the unique pressures of agriculture.

You are not alone. You are needed. You are valued.
