I understand that taking the first step to contact a counselor can be hard, and I want you to know that whatever your personal challenges may be, I will be here to take that journey with you. I have 14 years of experience as a counselor, and I know that each person that comes to my office is unique and individual. I will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your individual needs. There is no “one size fits all” in counseling. I have experience working with individuals experiencing everyday life stressors (relationships issues, grief/bereavement, job loss, etc.) as well as major life disruptions (anxiety, depression, sexual/physical abuse, trauma, PTSD). My role is to provide my clients with support and resources, to teach new coping skills, and to provide these services in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is that each person I meet feels safe, valued, and respected. I will challenge you to find your strengths and use those to build successful coping skills, build the courage to make positive changes, and begin to live a more fulfilling life. We will also identify areas that you need to build upon and strengthen. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns that you have. Hello Everyone!

I am so excited to share with all of you a new venture I have been working on over the past few months.

Introducing.... Knowledge Path - my new company focused on creating continuing education courses for mental health professionals.

I started this company to make continuing education for mental health professionals not only affordable, but also engaging and useful in everyday practice. With over 15 years as an LPC, I wanted to take the knowledge and experience that I've gained and share that with all of you. And I am always looking to learn and create new things, so I welcome feedback and any topics of interest from you all as well!

I'll be sending out regular updates about new and upcoming trainings, resources, and maybe even some freebies along the way. So, stop by my site, and sign up to get email updates when new courses are added.
