Holiday Helpers Here! 🎄Pathways was so excited to partner with United Way of Greater St. Louis to create hot coco kits for residents of Memory Care Home Solutions 🍫

☕ Participants filled over 35 reusable jars with coco mix and marshmallows, then personalized each one with a colorful holiday card!

❤️ Memory Care Home Solutions supports families of older adults with Alzheimer's and other cognitive deficits as they age in the comfort of their homes.

☃️ Thank you to United Way for the opportunity to bring warmth to our community!

🎁 If you have a volunteer opportunity for our participants, please DM us or email info@ptistl.org

We love seeing the success of Pathways participants out in the community. We’re so proud of Wesley for thriving in his role at Oak Street Inn in Cottleville!

This video, created by our friends at BCI (Boone Center Inc.), highlights Wesley’s hard work, positive attitude, and the strong relationships he’s built at his job. It's also a testament to the amazing work done at BCI!

Feeding our neighbors, one trunk at a time 💙 We teamed up with LifeBridge Partnership to fill this trunk with food for our IDD community.

With the pause in SNAP benefits, many people (especially those with disabilities who often need these supports) may struggle to access food.

Sunnyhill Inc. is organizing a food drive to combat this:

📍 Donations can be dropped off to Sunnyhill at 14 Soccer Park, Fenton, MO 63026

🧡 Or drop a donation at the Pathways office weekdays between 8am and 3pm

🥫 Need food? Stop by during distribution Tues-Thu, 10am to 2pm, or reach out to Tamico Jones at tjones@sunnyhillinc.org

When our community comes together, no one goes hungry.

Thank you to everyone who came out for our annual Family Picnic! It was such a joy to see participants and their families connecting over good food, friendly games, and plenty of laughter in the sunshine.

Baseball and kickball games broke out, footballs flew across the field, and our Social Bingo selfie challenge kept the cameras busy this year!

Your energy and smiles made the day unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to next picnic. We appreciate you! ✨
