Yesterday was a gorgeous day for training client John and exercise physiologist Mike to hit the links.

John has been working for the last few months with Mike on training the full body, improving balance and muscular endurance to play, and avoid fatigue or injury.

Wanting to level up your game? Join Mike and friends on Wednesdays at 9:30 am for a group Golf Training class. First class is always free at SMTC!

About SMTC

Locally owned and community minded for over 15 years!

On August 19, 2002, owners Scott and Robbie first opened their doors to Sports Medicine & Training Center in Webster Groves with a desire to integrate physical therapy and rehabilitation with performance training programs. Since then, the company has grown in size and moved to Crestwood and Clayton!

SMTC specializes in general orthopedics, sports-related physical therapy and a variety of sports performance training programs. We also have a highly qualified staff that works with endurance athletes and a dance medicine program that works with local dance companies in the area.

Our well-equipped locations are located in Crestwood and Clayton and easily accessible from major highways.
