We are in awe of the Wins for 2025 and the growth we saw in our clients. Because of your support and the support of grant foundations, our teen IOP is fully launched, we hosted multiple workshops across the city for various ages, we can now provide services for our Spanish-speaking clients, and our wait list continues to grow even as we have had multiple clinicians join our team.

We are looking forward to 2026 and all it could hold for St. Louis. There’s still time to make a tax‑deductible gift and join us in providing mental health services for everyone who has a need, regardless of income or zip code. (link in bio)

There aren't exactly words for this story - our clinicians are often in these spaces with their clients that are too deep just for words. The questions our clinicians ask, their body language, and perhaps more importantly, their presence, is what we hope enables the people we serve to feel safe to heal. Our clients are brave every single time they are with us.

One of our big hopes for 2026 is increasing our ability to offer transportation to our services. We were so grateful to be able to offer transportation on a limited basis to teens and families for our IOP at the end of this year.

We often focus on financial accessibility but geographic accessibility is the other half of that picture. We are strategic in where we place our offices and transportation reduces those barriers to access even more.

That is why our mission is to provide services regardless of a person's income. To carry this out, it takes a village, people and businesses willing to financially cover some of the costs for our clients.

Over the last couple years, we have focused on understanding the grant process and seeking funds and foundations that could be a good fit for us. We have been blown away by the expertise, generosity, and impact of the organizations with which we have had contact.

We are so grateful for those who have chosen to walk with us in a way that allows us to develop deep roots, long sighted strategies, and implement wish list services for our clients (ie. transportation).

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts on behalf of those we are able to serve because of you.

We had incredible engagement and feedback in our kid, teen, and parent focused programs this year!

In our Art Therapy & DBT Workshop, teens reflected on mindfulness with aromatherapy and explored self-compassion—sharing thoughtful answers to questions like:
-“What mistake have I learned from that helped me grow stronger or wiser?”
-“What positive quality do I bring to my friendships, family, or school community?”
-“What’s a strength I’ve shown recently, even if it felt ordinary?”

The wisdom they offered was incredible. On our self-compassion canvas we created together as a group, they painted phrases like:
-“You can’t be happy if you aren’t sad.”
-“Have a growth mindset.”
-“There is always tomorrow.”
