Support Innovations We provide multi-faceted day service to adults with developmental disabilities utilizing our Project The CONCEPT is quite simple.

As members of our community, we reach out from our hubs to provide services to our community, developing PROJECTS which meet the needs and wants of our customers while supporting our customers in supporting their community. Operating from each customer’s person centered plan, PROJECTS are identified (or created) which will meet the needs and wants of the individual. To encourage team work, the support team will work with the individual in identifying other customers who might be interested in the same PROJECTS and will support that individual in coordinating a team. Within the framework of PROJECTS, on-going training will occur in “real time”.

Sorting coupons serves more than one purpose. First, we donate these coupons to be used by military families overseas. Second, the coupons help with item recognition and identifying if that item is safe to eat or not. And third, we improve and practice our math skills when we total up the amount of coupons we put in each package. We don’t always realize how many skills we can practice when completing a small task. What skills have you practiced this week?
