Sorry folks but due to road conditions we are canceling in person classes on Monday, January 26th. But come join us online for the power practice you have come to love...or modify it, slow it down and make it your own!

Due to inclimate weather we have canceled 9am slow flow but we are offering a virtual option for yin yoga today at 4pm!

Join us on zoom for a relaxing yin class! Grab a $10 drop in or members can use a class allocation!

Its feedback like this that keeps us going! As a studio we strive to make everyone feel welcome and that there is zero pressure in our classes to do exactly what everyone else is doing.

This is YOUR practice.

Want to go slower?
Cool.
Want to modify that pose.
Do it.
Want to skip a vinyasa (high to low plank)?
Please, listen to your body.
Want to lay in savasana or child's pose the entire class.
This time is yours.

We will still encourage what's possible in your practice and body.

AND encourage you to listen to what you really need.
