These Banana Bread Baked Oats are warm, cozy, and so simple to make. Blend, bake, top with all the good stuff. That’s it.

What you need:
🍌 1 ½ ripe bananas
🍌 ½ cup oats
🍌 ½ cup almond milk
🍌 1 tbsp peanut butter
🍌 1 tbsp maple syrup
🍌 ¼ tsp baking powder
🍌 ½ tsp vanilla
🍌 1 scoop Inspire Wellness Collagen
🍌 Cinnamon and salt

Blend until smooth. Pour into an oven-safe dish. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Add banana slices, maple syrup, and flaky salt on top.
