Today is International Women's Day: a time to celebrate the women in your life and the women around the world who inspire progress and change.

Their contributions shape our families, workplaces, and communities every day.

It’s also a reminder that there’s still work to do. According to UN Women, no country has yet reached full legal equality for women and girls.

Take a moment to celebrate the women who inspire you today!

Fun can happen without alcohol. If you are of age and choose to use, be careful about mixing:

⚠️ Mixing alcohol with caffeine (like energy drinks) can be risky. Caffeine can make you feel more alert, but it doesn’t reduce alcohol’s effects, which can lead to drinking more than you realize.

⚠️ Mixing alcohol with other substances (including certain medications or drugs) can increase the risk of dehydration, blackouts, or overdose.

Your body processes one substance at a time, and combining them adds stress.

1 in 10 women live with endometriosis, yet so many are told their pain is “normal.”

Women’s bodies are different from men’s. Hormones, immune systems, and pain responses all function differently.

Severe period pain is not “normal.”
Chronic fatigue is not “dramatic.”
Debilitating cramps are not “just part of being a woman.”

Don't forget: your body is worthy of understanding.

Before March gets busy, take a moment to check in with yourself:

1. What’s one intention you’re setting for March?

2. How are you really feeling right now either physically, mentally, emotionally?

3. What drained your energy last month, and what gave you energy?

4. What’s one habit you want to strengthen this month? (Sleep, hydration, movement, boundaries, journaling…)

5. What do you need to let go of to grow?

March is your fresh page. What will you write?

Science shows that staying physically active doesn’t just strengthen your body– it also supports your mind.

Regular movement helps improve mood, sleep quality, and even how your brain handles stress and hormones!

Tips to get started today:
• Go for a walk outside
• Try a short yoga or stretch session
• Dance to your favorite song
• Take the stairs instead of the elevator

This February, show some love for your heart! Each of us can make small changes in key areas that add up to a big difference in our heart health.

Take small steps toward better health: quit smoking, limit alcohol, eat well, sleep enough, and manage stress with regular movement.

Eating disorders affect women, men, boys, girls, and people of all genders.

The American Psychological Association reports that boys and men make up about one-third of those diagnosed with an eating disorder. Male body pressures often focus on muscularity or leanness, which can lead to compulsive exercise, excessive protein use, or performance-enhancing substances.

Breaking the stigma means recognizing that support is for everyone.
