Take tonight as a moment to reflect on the week ahead.
Not just your schedule, but your state of mind, your energy, your needs.
Where do you need more balance? More rest? More connection? With yourself or someone else?

⚠️ Content Warning: Mentions of s*xual abuse, online harassment, and technology-facilitated abuse.
Ranging from surveillance and tracking to s*xtortion and reputational harm, Technology-Facilitated Abuse (TFA) includes a wide spectrum of online behaviors that cause real harm.
Not all stress is bad, but too much for too long can take a real toll on your body and mind.
Here are a few simple ways to reset when things feel overwhelming:
• Take a short walk (even 5 minutes helps)
• Unplug and give your brain a break
• Talk it out with someone you trust
• Focus on what you can control
You don’t have to do everything at once, just start with one small step today.

“We have to continue to get into the space of thinking healthcare is cool. Taking care of your health is one of the coolest things that you can do.”
Instead of mythbusting, Ciara is stigma-busting! This week, we want to highlight Ciara, a singer and performer who is advocating for open conversations around s*xual health.
She uses her platform to encourage s*x education, and remind people that taking care of your health is something to be proud of, not ashamed of.
Breaking the stigma looks like this. Let’s continue the conversation and prioritize our well-being!
Not everything needs to be rushed or pushed aside, especially you.
As the seasons change, it’s normal for your mood and energy to shift too. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) often eases with more natural sunlight in spring and summer, helping boost serotonin, regulate melatonin, and restore your rhythm.
Try getting some morning sunlight, slowing down, and giving yourself the care you deserve!

No shame intended: if you don't have s*x on the first night, when in dating might you ask about s*x and STI?

"How would you describe s*xual compatibility?"
"What does being s*xually active look like for you?"
Friends can talk about values related to s*x and s*xual health as well. Healthy conversations allow us share facts, vulnerabilities, and concerns.

Founded in 2008, the SPOT meets the needs of ALL youth between the ages of 13-24 with a comprehensive set of FREE medical and support services in a safe, youth-friendly environment. Our staff has met the needs of over 19,000 youth seeking medical care, social services, substance abuse assessments and counseling, mental health counseling, a safe place to hang out and much more.
Our philosophy requires that the SPOT be structured around the following guiding principles:
remove barriers that currently impede youth from seeking or obtaining health and prevention services;
create a center separate from a child or adult clinic environment that is youth-specific;
combine needed health and social services into a single setting;
engage youth in all aspects of the program development and allow opportunities for their leadership to be fostered;
successfully link youth into the existing healthcare system by addressing and eliminating specific barriers.
The SPOT is open Monday-Friday and provides the following services:
Drop-in: grab a snack, take a shower, do laundry, work on the computer, watch TV, participate in structured activities, and take home safer s*x kits;
Medical care: FREE medical services available Monday-Friday 1-5PM on a first-come first-serve basis (pregnancy testing, birth control, pap smears, STD testing, strep tests, etc.)
Counseling: talk to a licensed counselor about coping with stress, depression/sadness, anxiety/worries, alcohol/drugs, s*xuality and gender, work, school, trauma/bullying, or any problem or goal;
Testing: walk-in testing every day for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and trichomoniasis, plus free treatment for positive results;
Case management: finding a place to stay, applying for public benefits, getting vital documents, job readiness and resume development, assistance with hygiene supplies and clothing, etc.
In the end, it doesn’t matter why you come by. You’ll always feel like you belong at the SPOT.
