You’re showing up to class. Now let’s support it outside the studio. Instead of overcomplicating food, focus on these 4 things:

1️⃣ Protein First
Build every meal around protein. It supports muscle, keeps you full longer, and helps with cravings later in the day.
2️⃣ Hydrate Like It Matters
Aim for 80–100 oz of water daily (or half your body weight in oz). Energy, recovery, and even hunger cues improve when you’re hydrated.
3️⃣ Build a Balanced Plate
Think: Protein + carbs + healthy fats + veggies. Not “eat less.” Eat balanced.
4️⃣ Plan One Meal Ahead

You don’t need a full meal prep Sunday. Just know what your next meal is. Planning beats willpower every time.
