Delicious food, friendly competition, and great company were on full display at our annual Dover Health Chili & Soup Cook-Off - Fiesta Style! 🌶️🎉

Dressed in their best fiesta attire, employees brought the energy and their culinary A-game, serving up an incredible lineup of chilis and soups.

A big thank you to our esteemed panel of judges, who had the tough (but tasty!) job of sampling every entry and selecting our Top Chili and Top Soup winners, as well as the Best Dressed winner. Employees also joined in the fun by casting their votes for the Employee Choice Award! 🥇

Congratulations to all of our well-deserving winners, and thank you to everyone who made this event such a flavorful success! 🙌

We had a wonderful time today at our Hospice Volunteer Training, where we officially welcomed three founding members to our program.

These incredible individuals are stepping forward with compassion and purpose, and will play a vital role in shaping how we care for patients and families in our community. 💙

We even had one extra special (and very adorable!) guest in attendance. It's safe to say our youngest “future volunteer” may have stolen the show. 👶✨

Please join us in welcoming Courtney Kuester to the Dover Health team as our newest Marketing & Community Outreach Liaison! 🎉

When asked what inspired her to pursue a career in the healthcare industry, Courtney shared a powerful story. Watching her grandfather’s journey with dementia taught her the importance of compassion and dignity in care, while her grandmother’s experience overcoming childhood tuberculosis gave her a deep respect for the impact of quality healthcare. Together, those experiences shaped her passion for supporting patients and families during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys time at the family farm, cheering on her two kids at their sporting events, playing co-ed sports, traveling, and embracing her self-proclaimed “history nerd” side.
