Self-pay coverage is available to members who did not meet the hour requirement for a given quarter, but still want access to health insurance coverage. The deadline to enroll in self-pay insurance is 30 days after the expiration of your coverage. For questions about self-pay coverage or any other benefits, please contact the Benefit Office at 314-644-2777 ext. 2.

The hours you put in during one quarter are what carry your coverage into the next. As long as you’re hitting your hours, you stay covered, and anything over can be banked and used later.

If you are covered under the Active or Non-Medicare Retiree Plan, routine and preventive care through Delta Dental of Missouri may be covered at 100%.

That includes cleanings, X-rays, and other preventive services.

And beginning January 1, 2026, the annual dental maximum increased to $2,000 for most services.

If you have been putting off dental work, now is a good time to schedule an appointment.
