Yes, it really is the same person.

58 year old Shay, like many of my patients, hated her neck and jowls.

They gave her a falsely old and worn out appearance.

As with most of my patients, maximally improving the neck required me to first sculpt its deep foundations (deep necklift) then lift the fallen facial tissues back out of the neck and over the jawline (deep plane facelift and buccal fat reduction).

This surgical sequence revealed her new, beautiful neck contours.

Of course, effective lifting of the face created crowding in the temples, which was addressed through a conservative minimal incision browlift.

Finishing touches included eyelid surgery and lower eyelid laser resurfacing.

All of the above was performed in about six hours, in my private, accredited, purpose-built surgical suite.

As with all of my surgery, we utilized local anesthesia plus opiate-free deep intravenous sedation - not general anesthesia.

Shay slept comfortably through the whole procedure and recalls nothing.

☀️Spend 10 days with me in St Louis and return home refreshed.

🥰 it feels good being able to bring people back!

My 75-year-old friend had had one previous facelift years ago, and felt that her facial appearance now no longer matched the vibrant person she is inside.

4 months ago, I performed a:

✅deep plane extended facelift
✅deep neck lift
✅brow lift
✅lower blepharoplasty
✅small chin implant
✅CO2 laser resurfacing
✅Lip filler
✨and a sprinkle of fat transfer.

Because of her previous surgery, there were some challenges I needed to overcome during the operation. Thankfully, everything went very smoothly!

I am most proud of how her mouth shape, jawline contour, and lower neck wrinkling improved.

If I were allowed to show you her full face, you would see that all the different features work together harmoniously from top to bottom, and she literally looks like a fresh, glowing, healthy 45 year old.

It’s one of my favorite results.

🤗Rather than being sad I can’t show you everything, I’m choosing to be happy I get to show you the bottom half!

🌸 Refreshed yet unchanged!

Cheryl is 57 years old, and wanted to be proactive with her facelift rather than wait for more significant aging changes.
