Sooooooo very proud of this mama! We’ve been working together through prenatal yoga & a postpartum planning session prior to baby girl’s arrival. & yes- wow her hands are full but you should also see her heart!! 🙌 💖 ✨

So grateful that I get to be by her side & hoping to provide moments of calm & rest so that she can ensure she is also caring for herself! Can’t wait for our next session together! 💫

Happiest of birthdays to my youngest…my baby (my 9lb baby 😉)…I CANNOT BELIEVE he’s 12!!!

William James is one of the kindest, cleverest, unique souls I’ve ever had the pleasure to know & I am so grateful that I get to be his mother!!! 💫✨💖

He continually surprises me with his spirit & lights up the room. He feels so deeply, is a true empath & I’m pretty sure this is not his first rodeo 💫😉

We had such a fun day on his birthday shopping spree & got to celebrate with family earlier in the week! Ugh…I say it all the time, but time please slow down! 🙏

Awww…❤️‍🩹 she was my first yoga teacher over 30 years ago in my living room my senior year of high school 💫💖

Longtime yoga teacher Lilias Folan, who introduced thousands to the practice through her long-running PBS TV show, passed away on March 9, 2026.

Lilias, 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘠𝘰𝘶 was one of the most successful programs in PBS history, making yoga accessible decades before at-home practice became common.

She’s remembered for her approachable teaching style, clear instructions, and ability to make an ancient practice feel relevant to contemporary life in the 1970s, when yoga felt out of reach for many Americans. Her lessons will long be appreciated.

ONE OF BIGGEST & BEST MOMENTS OF MY LIFE CAUGHT IN A SMALL PHOTO ✨

My sis sent me this a few days ago. I was going to wait to share on Will’s birthday but couldn’t wait. 💖

I had forgotten about this pic! While this photo doesn’t completely capture the endless amounts of feels that were going on in this room, it serves a beautiful reminder of how incredibly lucky we are for these gifts. 💖

Moments later, Will was rushed away urgently to the NICU were we would later get a diagnosis that altered all of our lives. But here we are, almost 12 years later & these 3 boys are thriving & our everything!! 💖

Taking a moment today to pause in the sheer awe & gratitude I have for this beautiful life & I have (painstakingly at times) built. That’s the beauty isn’t it? The balance between the hard work & the acknowledgment of the gifts! ✨
