& just about 100% of them are frustrated they hadn’t learned how to, sooner! Hence, where the feeling of isolation comes from.

This week has already been filled with too many women feeling some sort of shame from not “knowing” but yet no one was in their corner providing them with the most intentional information.

No one urged them to seek out help postpartum. They were merely just a part of a blanket statement that said they’re “cleared” at 6 weeks.

I’ll die on this hill. Women deserve better. To be able to take control of their own health and see a pelvic floor therapist without limitations or insurance deciding what’s best for them. No matter if you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or not even thinking about kids…we’re just talking about how to control your body.

How to strengthen it. How to relax it. How to CONNECT with it.

I was feeling a bit spicy today, and had to get that out 🔥🫠. Has anyone else reading this felt like they’re the ONLY ONE?! I promise you, you’re not! 🤍

A New Chapter Begins

Our sign is up, and we are so excited to finally share the official home of STL Nurture Collective with you. After teasing the building for a while, this moment feels especially meaningful as we step into a new year with a shared name, a shared vision, and a space that truly reflects the care happening inside these walls.

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented who brought this vision to life. His craftsmanship made this reveal extra special, and we are so grateful. Be sure to show him some love.

As we begin this next chapter, make sure you are following all of the amazing practitioners who call this space home. And stay tuned, because we will be welcoming another exciting new face to the collective this week.

I remember making this first video feeling a bit overwhelmed. Unexpectedly losing my job at 37 weeks pregnant. Learning our baby might have Microcephaly (which she doesn’t, thank the Lord!). Not really knowing what the future holds…

And I just remember feeling REALLY pulled to bet on myself, spend more time than I would have had with my newborn baby if my previous company wouldn’t have closed down, and open up PelviMama Physical Therapy to do things my way and on my own timeline.

Fast forward to the second video. A recent video.

I’m continually telling others how everything went down and the timeline of it all - it was such a meant to be phenomenon - with a lot of hard work in between.

Thankful for every single one of you for supporting my small business since then 🫶🏼.

In this season of thanks, it’s not lost on me how grateful I am for all of the things and all of the people that support me, my business, and ultimately my family.

To all the little small businesses in our community that I’ve been so fortunate to meet and work with this past year that have spoken my name to a Mama in need or have liked, commented, or reposted my content to spread the word - I am almost speechless when I think about it. I am so thankful and proud to be a small business in the St. Louis community because of all of you 🤎.

To , Transcendent Chiropractic , and - thank you for welcoming me with open arms to be able to create such a welcoming, safe space for all my Mamas to come to every day. I sometimes can’t believe how it all just came together so quickly - like it was truly meant to be 🥹.

And last but not least to my clients, my Mamas, the women that have chosen it’s time to take care of yourself. It’s been my honor and pleasure working with each one of you this past year. Most of you think I’m helping you, but you help me in ways you don’t even know. It brings me so much joy going to “work” every day. To call most of you friends. It’s because of each one of you that I get to spend more time with my own family that I’ve only dreamed about in the past but is now a reality 🤎. I could go on and on - but just so thankful for each and every one of you for supporting me and my small business and trusting me with your care.
