A weekly exhale. A gift to your nervous system. 🤎

This series is your invitation to slow down — to breathe in a way that truly supports you, even in the heart of the holiday season. ✨

Starting Sunday, November 30th — 10:30AM — Jason is offering a four-week, 75-minute workshop-style class that blends restorative yoga, pranayama, and breathwork: gentle, nourishing practices that help your body and mind find balance through movement, stillness, and breath.

Along the way, Jason weaves in his signature storytelling — reflections on the timeless wisdom and classical teachings. Stories that open the heart, ground the practice, and remind us of the sacred within the simple act of breathing.

We’ll explore more modern techniques like box breathing, along with classical tools such as alternate nostril breathing and bee breath. All simple. All sustainable. All meant to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in daily life.

Come for one week or join the full series.
Each session stands beautifully on its own, yet together they build something deeper.

And because this class follows Jason’s 9am Slow Flow, you can make it a mini retreat each Sunday:
Move → Breathe → Rest.
A moment of sanctuary in the middle of the season.

Jason’s teaching draws from his studies with Namadeva Acharya and Jason Crandell, his background as an opera singer — where breath becomes both anchor and expression — and his gift for storytelling that connects the physical and the mythic 🕊️

Sundays starting November 30
➜ 10:30am Rest & Regulate
75 minutes • Drop-In or Full Series

Come breathe. Come listen. Come home to yourself.

would be the first to tell you that making shapes like this isn’t easy. It takes time, practice, and patience. But that’s not the point of yoga. 🍁

These moments, these forms, are simply reflections of where your practice has taken you. Some will spend a lifetime on the mat and never find themselves upside down like this. And that’s perfectly fine, because it was never the goal.

The goal of yoga is skill in action. It’s learning to arrive fully in each moment with calm, focus, and awareness.
Some days it all comes together. Some days it doesn’t. You keep showing up. To practice.

We hope you’ll practice today.
