As we celebrate Black History Month, it’s important to acknowledge the systemic barriers that still shape access and outcomes in mental healthcare. Children’s Mental Health Week shines a spotlight on the vital work therapists do to support kids and teens. We have a brand new cohort of graduate student therapists at the clinic this year. Because of the influx, we have moved through our waitlist and can immediately take on new clients. As a reminder, we see clients of all ages, couples, and families. Our sliding scale goes down to $15 per psychotherapy session. The SLU Q***r & Trans Wellness Clinic is forming two new groups for trans/non-binary and q***r youth, ages 12 to 17! They hope to create community and wellbeing among our QT youth of St. Louis. Check them out, and spread the word!

These groups will be led by SLU's graduate students and Integrated Behavioral Health Fellows in social work, family therapy, and clinical psychology: Quin Rich, Bryce Davis, Rachel Hawk, and Lily Ballard.

Groups will last for 8 weeks, cost $10 per session, and start in two weeks. Space is limited.
