Our staff of Certified Mastectomy Fitters are specifically trained and experienced in fitting women who have undergone mastectomy, lumpectomy or reconstructive surgery with a variety of products to restore symmetry and self confidence. Our professional staff will assist you with selection and fitting in a comfortable environment.

Busy day full of wig fittings and wig repairs! Posted below you’ll see this patient’s 2 years old wig … not a lot of life left! But we were up for the challenge. With a good cleaning and a lot of steam you can see the synthetic fibers have been restored! We’re not quite finished but the results were too good not to share .

Whether it’s synthetic, heat defiant or human hair, all wigs show wear and tear. This particular piece was brought into us from another wig shop. We discovered that this piece was not synthetic like the patient was told, it was heat defiant. With a little bit of elbow grease we were able to smooth out the ends and restyle the wig for the patient. It was a lot of work, but it was well worth it, the patient was super happy with the end result!

A patient brought in her wig to be repaired, the wig is only 2 months old. This is an example of a what happens to low quality synthetic wigs. A good quality synthetic that is taken care of properly generally doesn’t show wear/“ friction” frizz for 6-9 months of wear. This is a service we offer to all our patients.
