Our staff of Certified Mastectomy Fitters are specifically trained and experienced in fitting women who have undergone mastectomy, lumpectomy or reconstructive surgery with a variety of products to restore symmetry and self confidence. Our professional staff will assist you with selection and fitting in a comfortable environment.

We have been busy 🐝 bees with wig restoration! Remember ladies heat is the #1 enemy when wearing an any synthetic blended wig! Luckily we were able to restore the bangs and revitalize our patients wig! Looks good as new 👀

Whether it’s synthetic, heat defiant or human hair, all wigs show wear and tear. This particular piece was brought into us from another wig shop. We discovered that this piece was not synthetic like the patient was told, it was heat defiant. With a little bit of elbow grease we were able to smooth out the ends and restyle the wig for the patient. It was a lot of work, but it was well worth it, the patient was super happy with the end result!

A patient brought in her wig to be repaired, the wig is only 2 months old. This is an example of a what happens to low quality synthetic wigs. A good quality synthetic that is taken care of properly generally doesn’t show wear/“ friction” frizz for 6-9 months of wear. This is a service we offer to all our patients. We love repairing and restoring our customer’s wigs! On average a synthetic wig that is worn daily should be replaced every 6-8 months. Our customer’s wig is 7 months old (pictured below)and she wears it daily. She generally purchases 2 wigs from us yearly.

Today we washed and deep conditioned her wig, followed by heat restoration. Now that the customer’s wig has some life put back into it, she will get a few more months of wear.
