💛If everything feels off… start here

Most people try to fix everything at once
More restriction
More supplements
More effort

But if your body is already overwhelmed…
that approach usually backfires.

This is why I always start with the foundations.

Because when those are supported… everything else starts to work better.

🏃‍♀️You’re not stuck because you’re not working hard enough!

Most of the people I work with are already:
✅️ disciplined
✅️ consistent
✅️doing “all the right things”

But their body is overwhelmed...
➡️From stress
➡️From under-fueling
➡️From constantly pushing

And over time doing more or pushing through usually makes things worse!

‼️This is the part no one talks about.

I shared a real client story this week that I think a lot of people will relate to.

She was doing everything right...
🥦Eating well
🏃‍♀️Working out
💆Trying to take care of herself

😫But she still felt bloated, tired, and off

And the most frustrating part?
It wasn’t obvious why

This is something I see all the time

It’s not usually one thing…
It’s everything adding up over time

I break down what was actually going on—and what we focused on instead—in this week’s blog post.

💛She was doing everything right

Eating well
Working out
Trying to take care of herself

But she still felt bloated, exhausted, and off

This is something I see all the time.

And it’s usually not because you’re doing something wrong…

It’s because your body is dealing with more than it can keep up with.

So instead of doing more, we simplified.

✅Focused on the foundations
✅Reduced the overall load
✅Supported her body in the right way

And that’s when things started to shift!

I shared her full story (and what we actually focused on) in this week’s blog post.

I see this all the time...

Women who are:
✔️ working out
✔️ eating well
✔️ staying consistent

But they are still feeling bloated, tired, or just a little off.

It’s easy to think they can resolve it if they "just fix that one thing".

…It’s not just one thing
It’s everything adding up

I broke this down in a real client case (and what we focused on instead) in yesterday's post.

She wasn’t doing anything wrong.
In fact… she was doing a lot right.

Eating healthy
Staying active
Trying to take care of herself

But she still felt bloated, tired, and off

This is the part most people miss 👇
It’s not usually (ahem - never) one thing
It’s everything that quietly stacks up over time

And when your body can’t keep up anymore…
that’s when symptoms start to show up

So instead of doing more, we simplified and I met her where she was.
We:
Focused on the foundations
Supported her body
Reduced the overall load

And that’s when things started to shift for her big time!

For real though, I used to be a carido J***Y!

I also ran on caffeine and adrenaline and could take a nap every day (if I allowed myself the time)!

That didn't keep me strong, it kept me (fairly) fast and depleted.

Now in just 2-3 days a week plus walks/hikes and some yoga (and recently some more climbing) Im picking up weight I never thought I could! 💪

Its all about health span for me! I've got a 12 year old to keep up with!

Let's do this ladies!

P.s. if your depleted or dealing with gut imbalances you should address those imbalances first and focus on gentle movement for a while as you ease into this. There were certainty times in my health journey that this wouldn't work for me!

Most people are looking for the one thing causing their symptoms.
But what if it’s not one thing at all?

What if it’s everything… adding up?

That’s when things start to feel off.

I walk through 3 things that might be quietly impacting your gut (and what to do about it) in my latest post.

‼Which one surprised you the most?

🙅‍♀️Most of these get brushed off as “normal.”

But they’re often early signs your body is struggling and needs support. 💛

The problem is…when something is common, we stop questioning it.

Until it starts getting worse...and unfortunately this is when clients typically connect with me.

If any of these sound familiar, tomorrow’s post is for you.

I’m breaking down a few things that might be quietly contributing—and what to start with.

📻 Stay tuned

🙅‍♀️It’s rarely just one thing.

It’s what quietly stacks up over time.

Things like:
🍷 alcohol
💊medications (including birth control)
💧everyday exposures like chlorinated water

Individually, they might not seem like a big deal.

But together, they can start to impact how your body functions—especially your gut.

This doesn’t mean you need to remove everything overnight.

Start small like buying a water filter.
Then build as you bring awareness to your everyday toxins.
