Genesis Consumer Directed Services was conceived in 2013, established in July 2014, named after my big sister Geneva. It's purpose was for me to help my dad in my home. That didn't come in to fruition, as he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Instead of me helping him, I decided to continue the process by helping others who would rather live in the comforts of their home while receiving care by loved ones. If you or anyone you know receives Medicaid or is eligible to receive Medicaid, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

While some choose nursing facilities for long term care, close to 4 in 10 are 65 and under and needs support in various forms of daily living activities. CDS allows recipients to self-direct care while receiving that supportive assistance in the comfort of their own home.
