Join Aleesha for a guided online experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and rebuild a more grounded, trusting relationship with yourself.

Over four weeks, you’ll be supported in cultivating:
• genuine connection
• deeper fulfillment in relationships
• confidence and self-trust
• joy, creativity, and excitement
• nervous system regulation
• deeper, more restful sleep
• connection with your intuition
• a felt sense of safety in your body
• presence, awareness, and alignment

Spring Session: April 18 – May 16
📍 Online (Zoom + private community space)
👥 Limited to 15 women

Each week includes live group coaching, guided connection sessions, and Q&A support, with optional recordings for coaching sessions. You’ll also receive daily inspiration within a private group, a creation toolkit for continued growth, and a 75-minute 1:1 coaching session during the program.

If you’ve been craving more presence, regulation, and connection with yourself, this space was created for that return.
