Last little touches put in. Room makeover complete. It may sound silly that work is my happy place. But for me it's a time to slow down , relax and be present. The space is full of healing ,loving energy, dark lighting , good smells and now decor that makes me feel peace and joy.

Room make over time!!! The energy of change and nesting that comes with pregnancy is wild. What the human body can do physically and emotionally always has me in a state of awe.
As I scrub the walls in preparation of the new colors and energy coming in, I think back to when I first moved my office to this room at Golden Door a little more than 4 years ago. I believe I was just as pregnant as I am now with my first. I was at a toxic work space and wanted to leave for a while but wasn't ready to take the leap. Once I met Olivia and Golden Door I felt comfortable making the uncomfortable choice to uproot my business and move it to her space. Little did I know I would find my forever home with her in her business. As well as a soulmate bestie. Over these last 4.5 years I have grown so much. Becoming a mother, evolving my energy healing practice , growing our mediumship class as well as Bonnie Jane and I have successfully launched our Spirit Voice podcast! Change and growth isn't easy. It takes hard work, determination and most of all trust in taking the leap! Most people would say I'm crazy for having moved my office 30 weeks pregnant, as well as doing a room makeover. I have trust in perfect timing ,taking the leap when I feel inspired and knowing I can do hard things. Everything always works out for me ✨
I'm so grateful for this space and the career I love! After pics to come!

In case you don't get my emails .... I'm pregnant! Along with other great additions!

Harvey is very excited to be getting a sibling. I am 14 weeks along, baby #2 is due March 4th. So, if you have seen me these last few months and I have looked a little green now you know why. Also, big news is Harvey got into the full-time program at his school so I can open my hours back up and be able to work more. I have taken it easy during this first trimester, but I know I will start feeling better soon and plan to try to work as much as possible in the 2nd trimester to prepare for 3rd as well as maternity leave. I have no plans to stop working as I love what I do too much. After baby #2 comes my hope is to link up with some mom friends to do babysitting trades. Another option is going back to working nights and weekends. As always, I will keep you all updated on my life and work changes. I have decided to open back up my normal massage option during my second trimester to give that option before baby girl comes. I also have been reflecting this month as it is my 10-year anniversary of moving back to St. Louis and establishing Zen Jen Intuitive Massage Therapy here again. It has been a big 10 years and I'm so thankful for all of you my clients for being a part of my journey and letting me come along yours.

I am still going to be co facilitating a weekend retreat October 24th-26 near Branson MO. There are still spots available in the house. This is going to be such a restorative and healing experience.
