Welcome to the world Pressley Adella Allen. Born February 27th at 4:24am. Weighing a cute 7.3 lbs and 20 inches long. She came out a carbon copy of her brother and with just as much love and joy filling the room! Big brother is so happy to meet his little sister and step into his big bro role. We are relaxing at home with this new soul and loving every minute of it!

I'll keep you all posted on my return . For now I am enjoying these special moments with this little lady. My podcast will still be putting out episodes every other week so you can stay tuned into spirit and the messages my co host and I channel to bring wisdom and uplift the collective . Thank you all for your love and support!

I trusted and it happened! I really wanted to take this class! The teacher, the space, the curriculum spoke to me. So even though I knew I would be 39 weeks pregnant during the class , I signed up! And boy am I glad I did. I have learned so much from this class! Katie is an amazing teacher, passionate , innovative and super knowledgeable!
Thank you baby girl for staying inside till this class was over! Now I'm ready for you to come through the portal, so I can get all the baby snug time in before returning back to work to share this amazing new modality!

Couples connecting class
Join Zen Jen Feb 7th from 4-5:30pm for an evening of heart connection and relaxation with your partner.

The class will start off with cacao tea. A delicious natural plant that has been known to be a great heart opener and helps deepen your connection to self, others and spirit . After the tea zen Jen will guide a meditation and some couples connecting activities. Then she will begin to teach easy partner stretching and massage techniques that you will practice on each other in the class. The class will take place on yoga mats so participants must be comfortable sitting/kneeling/laying on the floor. This is a great class for any couples wanting to take time to slow down, be more present and learn ways to relax and take care of one another.

Last little touches put in. Room makeover complete. It may sound silly that work is my happy place. But for me it's a time to slow down , relax and be present. The space is full of healing ,loving energy, dark lighting , good smells and now decor that makes me feel peace and joy.

Room make over time!!! The energy of change and nesting that comes with pregnancy is wild. What the human body can do physically and emotionally always has me in a state of awe.
As I scrub the walls in preparation of the new colors and energy coming in, I think back to when I first moved my office to this room at Golden Door a little more than 4 years ago. I believe I was just as pregnant as I am now with my first. I was at a toxic work space and wanted to leave for a while but wasn't ready to take the leap. Once I met Olivia and Golden Door I felt comfortable making the uncomfortable choice to uproot my business and move it to her space. Little did I know I would find my forever home with her in her business. As well as a soulmate bestie. Over these last 4.5 years I have grown so much. Becoming a mother, evolving my energy healing practice , growing our mediumship class as well as Bonnie Jane and I have successfully launched our Spirit Voice podcast! Change and growth isn't easy. It takes hard work, determination and most of all trust in taking the leap! Most people would say I'm crazy for having moved my office 30 weeks pregnant, as well as doing a room makeover. I have trust in perfect timing ,taking the leap when I feel inspired and knowing I can do hard things. Everything always works out for me ✨
I'm so grateful for this space and the career I love! After pics to come!
