Thank you. 💙

Because of your generosity, more people in our community are feeling safer, stronger, and more hopeful, some even saying, “I feel better about life.”

Your support keeps our crisis line open, sustains therapy for those who need it, supports older adults, helps women at Mary Ryder Home, and expands youth and adult behavioral health programs.

Thank you for believing every person we serve matters.
Thank you for helping us build brighter futures. 💙

"I feel better about life."

Those five words came from a Provident client who found strength, stability, and hope through consistent therapy and support.

At Provident Behavioral Health, healing isn’t dramatic.
Healing is showing up again. And again. And again.

Your gift keeps our crisis line open at 3AM.
It helps clients stay connected to therapy.
It supports isolated older adults and women at Mary Ryder Home.

This Giving Tuesday, please help us continue this work.
Every person matters. Every gift makes a difference. 💙

New Video with Therapist Rodrick Robins

Rodrick breaks down a powerful reminder: every “yes” is also a “no.” When we say yes to one thing, we’re naturally saying no to something else, and recognizing that helps us stay aligned with our values.

Understanding this simple truth helps us see what we’re choosing to let into our lives, and what we’re choosing to pass up.

Watch Rodrick’s insight and learn more about how our therapists support healthy decision-making every day.
