I’m so excited to begin a brand-new series tonight with this incredible community of women. 💫

This series, “A Space to Unmask the Real You,” invites us to explore the masks we wear—the ways we protect, perform, and present ourselves—and to gently reconnect with the authentic self beneath.
Through reflection, creativity, and connection, we’ll move from self-protection toward self-expression, celebrating our wholeness and light.

It’s an honor to hold space for this work and to witness each woman’s unfolding. 💖

I designed a new mug to gift the women’s groups after months of deep, powerful work building shame resilience.

This time, I experimented with adding color to the images with colored pencils—and I love how it turned out!

Each morning, drinking from it is a gentle reminder of the skills we’ve practiced together: shifting out of shame and into resilience. 💛
