We started in 2011, and the one thing that has always set us apart from our competition is that we created by introducing our services to this market on a vast scale. In 2012, we introduced our support services for the local school districts. We went from one school to over 20 just in our area within 24 months. We have currently participated in over 8,500 MSHSAA-sanctioned events and are still counting, over 3800 special events that include professional, college sports, entertainment venues, and, believe it or not, providing services for construction companies to secure concrete just poured to fireworks companies. Our service is what has always set us apart. My idea of service is pushing a disabled woman who was left by in-house guest services at a concert they attended six blocks down the street in 15-degree weather while snowing to their hotel, switching out wheelchairs, getting them up to their room, and then pushing the chair back the 6 blocks. It wasn't so bad on the way back. I had my coat, which I had given to her to cover up, while pushing her to the hotel. I ensured we gave the best service we could as every one of the 12,000 plus events we participated in started and ended with me.

It's that time of the year. Our sister company Zante is proud to announce that we will continue to be a sponsor of the Micds Don Maurer Holiday Tournament, through which all proceeds go to Special Olympics of Missouri. Hello, long time no see. As I have been silent for a while we are back with some changes. As many know I handed Russell the schools that we worked with. He is a good man so I will not entertain any requests to provide services to schools unless its an task they can not do or staff. Now on the other hand one of our services is to offer executive event management to companies or organizations that may be in need of more expertise to run the event with their staff including other companies that provide the labor for the event.
My Creds:
As an owner operator all 14, 624 events we did started with me and ended with me. We were blessed to do business with 22 different high schools and districts in over 8000 MSHSAA sanctioned events while also contributing to the local community and amazing causes.

After 14 years, and over 7500 events ( I quit counting four years ago) with the school districts, over 2000 special events with entertainment and their venues, college and professional sports, charities, any and all types of special events including actually being hired to watch concrete dry, the time is right for us to fully move on. RSS survived covid without any assistance and to this day for the industry is a healthy company. We have been preparing for a couple of years now with Russell Stewart who was our Operations Manager since 2020 for this to happen. Ken and I absolutely worked our ass's off and with the dedicated help of our awesome staff made this company relevant and successful. There is only one person at the helm with our staff with these circumstances that we trust to continue to serve as we did. We have fully endorsed Russell Stewart and his own company Trail Blazzers to all of our current clients and will on any inquiries. Thankfully the first part of the transition has gone smoothly as we planned and hoped it would. Russell is one hell of a good person, is and has all the essentials of a great leader, has been thoroughly trained with a great crew. We are so thankful to our staff current, past and our clients. This could not have happened to the level it has without them. RSS will still be a live just in a different aspect. Keep Trailblazer in mind for your temporary needs and again thank you.
