In 1999 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. By adopting a plant-based lifestyle I healed myself. No radiation, no chemo! The cancer has never returned, it’s been over 20 years. I am so grateful to share my journey, experiences, and knowledge with you!
As a holistic nutritional health coach and natropathic chef, I understand the challenges of going through, and overcoming, health challenges. My healing approach is holistic, natural and customized based on your individual needs and health history.
My career for the last 10 years has been working with people to help them understand how nutrition and health are truly connected. What we consume on a holistic level affects our overall health and well-being. I have been able to help people overcome health challenges and / or improve from cancer, diabetes, gout, arthritis, fibroids, weightless, sleep apnea, depression, anxiety and several more.
