Stretch U & Cryotherapy

Stretch U & Cryotherapy Unleash the ultimate you with full-body and partner-assisted stretching We provide full body manual stretching.

This aims to increase range of motion of the major muscles. We also offer a myofascial release technique called the "Lock and Stretch". This technique helps to relax the muscles and to increase blood flow to the muscles. The Lock and Stretch serves as a good warm up to the stretch.

Think your back pain is just a "back problem"? Think again! 🧐💡

At Stretch U, our Stretch Techs know that low back tension often starts in the hips and glutes. In this video, we're using targeted myofascial release and a heated massage gun to tackle the root cause—not just the symptoms.

The heat relaxes the tissue, the percussion desensitizes pain, and the stretch releases the strain. It’s a triple threat for your tension! 🛡️✨

Can I do this if I’m currently in physical therapy? 🏥

In many cases, assisted stretching is the perfect complement to PT! While PT tends to be more corrective exercise focused, we are more hands-on for the entire session. We love being a part of your wellness team!

How long is a session, and how often should I come? 🕒

Great question! We offer 20, 40, and 60-minute sessions to fit your schedule. For most of our members, the 40-minute session is the "gold standard" because it perfectly combines a full-body stretch with restorative myofascial release. ✨ Whether you’re recovering from an injury or maintaining peak performance, most people see the best results with 1–2 visits per week. Ready to find your rhythm?

No discount for you! 😂 Luckily our $40 First Stretch is already a GREAT deal! Come experience a 40-minute myofascial release + stretch and I promise we won't play any tricks on you like this. 😅

Ready to stretch that calf muscle? 🌱 This month's stretch is a classic: The Wall Calf Stretch.

1️⃣ Stand facing a wall, placing your hands on it for support. 2️⃣ Step one foot back, keeping that leg completely straight and your heel pressed firmly into the floor. 3️⃣ Gently bend your front knee until you feel a good stretch in the calf of your back leg. 4️⃣ Hold for 30 seconds (don't bounce!) and then switch sides.

This is a must-do for runners, walkers, or anyone who wears heels!

Don't rely on luck 🍀 to feel your best this March! Let's spring into action by focusing on... the Gastrocnemius (your main calf muscle!)

This powerful muscle is the engine that helps you walk 🚶, run 🏃, and jump.

When your calves are tight, it can affect everything from your ankle mobility to your knee health. Keeping them flexible is absolutely key to overall lower body health and preventing pesky injuries like plantar fasciitis.

Professional Stretching & Cryotherapy

Our stretch therapies are provided to people of all ages and abilities, and are categorized as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, myofascial release (MFR), and a personalized combination of PNF and MFR stretching to reduce and eliminate specified areas of pain.

PNF Stretching

PNF stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) enhances both active and passive range of motion in order to improve muscle performance. This form is considered an optimal stretching method when the aim is to increase range of motion. Our 20-minute session, The Carey Stretch, lengthens treated tissues to reduce the range of muscle pain, allowing for improved flexibility and muscle motion.
