In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re partnering with the Women’s Safe House in St. Louis to collect various personal care and household items needed for them to help women who reach out in their time of need. I did this four times a week.
Not once in a while.
Not when I “felt stressed.”

At first, it was just recovery.
