Bite-Sized Wellness: Safe to Start Solids Class
Feeling unsure about when or how to begin solids? This class will walk you through everything you need to know to confidently and safely start your baby’s food journey—without overwhelm. Register at

Kick off the fun with the Macklind Egg Crawl! Stop by, grab an egg, and keep your fingers crossed for the golden egg 🥚for a chance at the grand prize. Such a fun way to explore the neighborhood!

✨ MON APR 6 – Nurtured & Nursing (10:30–11:30AM)
Join us for this FREE breastfeeding support group led by Dr. Audrey, chiropractor at Transcendent and a mom who’s passionate about supporting other moms in their breastfeeding journey. Come as you are, ask questions, and find community 🤍

✨ SUN APR 12 – Safe to Start Solids (1–3PM)
Cierra Crowley, owner of Bite Sized Wellness will be leading this class is designed to help families feel confident and prepared when starting solids with their baby. You’ll walk away with practical tips and peace of mind! $69- register in our bio

✨ FRI APR 24 – Xist Stretch + Transcendent Collab (5–7PM)
We’re teaming up with our neighbors at Xist Stretch for a fun and informative evening! Enjoy free stretching + postural analysis with Dr. Audrey and the Xist team—perfect for busy parents needing a reset 🙌
