Congratulations to Debbie Hilke on winning the Champion Award! 🎉

Debbie Hilke is a dedicated program facilitator for the Parkway School District, specializing in youth prevention and student well-being. Her 27-year commitment to education and student advocacy has led to the development of Parkway PATH (Peer Advocating for Total Health), her involvement on the Alliance for Healthy Communities Board, and being nominated as a Pillar of Parkway. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health from Benedictine College and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Debbie is passionate about empowering teens to make healthy choices and, in her free time, enjoys the outdoors, designing photo books, and time with family and friends.

We are proud to honor Debbie's dedication to impactful programs in our schools with this award!🎖️

We are thrilled to announce Isla Frazier as the recipient of the Tasch-Kopolow Scholarship at our 2026 Spring Awards Luncheon! 🏆

Isla Frazier, a Michigan State University graduate and a second year student at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, hopes to integrate policy and clinical practice in her work, using clients’ lived experiences to inform advocacy and policy change while remaining grounded in direct care. PreventEd's mission is to empower individuals within our community to serve as pillars of advocacy in the field of substance and alcohol use, and we recognize Isla as one of those individuals.
