A few weeks ago, I received this beautiful hand painted drum from my friend Angela Chostner. She is extremely talented! 💖
I love her work and have other beautiful pieces of her art in my studio.
It was so fun to see what she created for me! She chose an Egret, which I have felt connected to. At one of our homes, I watched an Egret at a small lake behind us and was fascinated by the grace and beauty in which she moved.
The Egret symbolizes grace, divine power and wisdom!
I’m so excited to have this beautiful Shamanic drum to use in my work! 🙏

This is an excellent article! I respect her work snd feel that some of you will find this helpful right now. Especially, based on recent conversations I have had with several people!

The other night I was outside, staring up at the stars and moon, when a being from Lyra came forward into my awareness. He was exceptionally clear, probably the clearest contact I have ever had.

We talked about the comets, particularly 3I/Atlas. He explained that the comet is an activator. It either activates worlds into the next steps of evolution or it activates destruction.

I was shown parallel worlds being destroyed because they cannot move forward. The vibrational minimum had not been reached or the planet herself was beyond repair.

I asked what would happen to the aspects of us on those worlds. He said that if there are any aspects on the worlds that are ending, they will either integrate into us, return to the Oversoul, or return to Source. All choices are honored.

He shared that often the unidentified waves of grief we may feel is the energetic percussion of worlds ending.

This Lyran was quick to add that the lessons learned and experiences had on those worlds are valuable. The ending isn’t considered a failure or a loss, rather it’s a pulling in of resources.

(I was given the image of pruning a flower bush in order for more to bud. 🌸)

In order to move through this next phase of ascension we will need every available resource. If there is an aspect that has been living on a different world but that experience is no longer needed, then that line ends.

We are streamlining. We are pulling in our energy from all over the cosmos, so that we have the resources needed to continue ascending in the physical body.

This beautiful being showed me how the comets are providing an ignition switch. Turning on the next phase.

I was shown a caterpillar creating a chrysalis, turning into goop, but for some reason their cells don’t re-organize to become the butterfly. The crucial chemical reaction to spark the change was missing.

We are in the goop stage now, and 3I/Atlas brings the element that sparks the chemical reaction. It will initiate the reorganization and the remembrance of our Soul Sourcing, so that we may emerge as that butterfly. 

It was deeply expressed how incredibly sacred this time is. That if we truly comprehended all that is taking place, we would be sitting in awe. He recommended slowing down, consciously breathing, and connecting with the deepest truth held in our being.

As we unlayer, we are also remembering our truth, our galactic connections, and our history. This is impacting all layers of our energy, particularly the nervous system. We are needing incredible amounts of rest and rejuvenation to move through this.

While it is an amazing and sacred time, it’s not easy. Now more than ever we need to give ourselves and each other space and grace.

I’ve been in a deep phase of integration lately. It almost feels like a depression, but without sadness. It’s a slowing down, a withdrawal, a deeply introspective stillness.

It feels like a sacred pause; it’s the stillness before taking the last deep breath before diving off a high dive.

I can feel the energy gathering in the background, and it is connected to the larger energies moving through this season. In many of us, there is a stirring of old wounds, especially those rooted in the inner child, that are coming to the surface to be seen and resolved. We are being given the opportunity to get to the root and see things from a different perspective.

Many of us are redefining boundaries with a firm NO MORE. We may also be seeing where a lack of boundaries has created dysfunction, chaos, and even collapse.

Many are quietly stepping back from the noise of the world. The constant news, scrolling, and hypervigilant scanning for catastrophe is more exhausting now than ever. Tuning out all the noise that is energetically harmful and discombobulating is a direct signal to our field that we are ready to shift.

We’re being shown what cannot come with us, what no longer works, and what’s ready to fall away. Beneath all this falling away, there’s a subtle hum of excitement, the kind that comes when something new is here.

In the quantum, the field is both stretching and constricting at the same time. The stretch comes from our widening frequency bandwidth. More high-frequency light, cosmic data, and pure Source currents are entering the planetary and human field than we’ve ever been able to hold before. Consciousness is being pulled toward new levels of perception, creativity, and embodiment.

The constriction comes from those same currents acting like a hydraulic press, squeezing out distortions, outdated patterns, trauma pockets, and non-organic structures. The “corridor” gets narrow right before the step into a bigger space, which is why the present moment can feel tight and heavy, even as the future feels expansive and electric.

Timelines are peeling apart faster, making it harder to keep one foot in the old and one in the new without feeling torn. The body’s atomic structure is being pressed and rewritten in real time; anything misaligned with the soul’s original template is shaking loose.

Lower astral scaffolding is collapsing, which means old programs and distortions are flaring before they vanish. Gate systems and grids are already moving into high-convergence positions ahead of the equinox; we are moving forward even while we’re still in the squeeze.

This is the hallway between the old grid and the next harmonic. It’s messy, beautiful, and exacting. It’s also why so much feels like it’s being stripped back to the bone, so that what we carry forward is clean, sovereign, and aligned with what’s coming.
