This is my final week of working as an Ob/Gyn. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has supported me in this work, including everyone who has worked with me over the last 3 decades. I am grateful to the hospital staff, especially the nurses on Labor & Delivery & to the doctors in the community. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of my office staff over the years. Their excellence & dedication have been essential to the care we’ve been able to provide to so many women over the years.
To our patients, I have always felt deeply honored that you have trusted me to be your doctor. It’s a responsibility I have never taken lightly. It has been the honor of my life to have served as your doctor.
I wish you all health & happiness.

Free transportation is now available in Camden.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - The City of St. Marys and the Camden County Board of Commissioners have partnered with the Coastal Regional Commission to provide all Camden residents with free transportation services. City of St. Marys officials are excited about this partnership and for the opportunity to provide no cost rides to the community. Citizens residing in the cities of St. Marys, Kingsland, and Woodbine as well as in unincorporated Camden County are eligible for these free services to ride anywhere within Camden County.

Services of the CRC transit program will remain in normal operation including hours of operation, scheduling and safety procedures. Riders requesting the on-demand, door-to-door services are required to give a 24-hour notice by calling 1-866-543-6744. When calling, ask to speak to Kwanjaklyn Johnson and she will schedule your trip. Any trip outside of Camden County will cost the rider $3.00 per one-way trip as normal.

City of St. Marys Mayor, John Morrissey, looks forward to the benefit of these services providing free access to health appointments and food security along with other essential services. For more information, please contact Eric Landon with Camden County at 912-464-1097 or visit their website: https://www.coastalrc.ga.gov/transportation.
