Practitioners including a Physician and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Our providers are ready to partner with you in your pursuit of healthy living. We use this site as a way to communicate pertinent information, important office news, and sometimes just fun stuff to our Peds & Parents community. Please know that as a medical office, we will never post personal or confidential information regarding any patient and ask that you not either. To discuss personal health information, please call our office at (912) 729-7007 to schedule an appointment or speak with our nurse. Any personal or inappropriate information that is posted here will be deleted to protect your privacy. We are currently accepting new patients and also accept most commercial and state insurances--including Amerigroup, WellCare, PeachState, & Medicaid! We serve all patients regardless of inability to pay. We offer discounts for essential services depending upon family size and income.
