The story of tea is a bit of a mystery, and maybe… a transparent belly?
I took the day to relax yesterday and really soak in everything. Hunty and I enjoyed a fresh batch of sweet french toast, and ended the day with a dinner date night at home.
Final session thoughts:
Ahh yes, the interesting story of tea and its discovery! I actually have been working hard behind scenes on this blog post that you can sneak peak. Do you know the difference of tea vs a tisane? I definitely perked up when I heard Abril Donea touching on this story, among many other special cultural traditions!
Kay Raier briefed the 6 tissue states and gave a good guideline I will be holding onto: “If you have had the pain/symptoms for a year, it will probably take at LEAST a month to recover.” Dr. Rosita Arvigo gave a very interesting suggestion of corn silk and green bean infusion, and mentioned abdominal therapy (which I heard many times throughout the conference).
Jessica Bergeron brought some delicious ideas of course, and reminded us where pre-meal salads originated from. She also brought up cravings and what they could be saying. Natalya King really focused on the importance of looking at the skin and “feeding,” it good nourishing food.
One final reflection later today, in the meantime -> learn more about true tea 🍵
