Therapists give their energy, skill, and compassion every single day.
They deserve systems that support them just as intentionally.
At All Points North Counseling Services, we are building a stewardship model for mental health professionals — one that strengthens clinicians while strengthening care.
We are launching The Kemp Foundation for Clinical Stewardship (now pending a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization status) designed to expand this mission beyond our practice and into the broader clinical community.
Here’s how our model works:
🔹 The Nonprofit – Advancing the Profession
Through our Stewardship Program, we foster:
• Clinician autonomy: The ability to choose caseload volume and client focus
• Built-in peer consultation and connection
• Leadership and mentorship development
• Sustainable business education
• Self care measures that protect long-term wellness
We focus on structural solutions that allow health, excellence, and sustainability to grow together.
🔹 Our Group Practice – Living the Model
Our for-profit practice brings these values to life every day.
We employ clinicians who value collaboration, shared success, teaching, and lifelong learning. Professionals who grow alongside peers and practice with healthy boundaries modeled at every level of leadership.
The non-profit is led by a board of women dedicated to seeing others thrive. Leadership in our organization elevates, empowers, and expands opportunity.
The nonprofit advances the mission.
The practice embodies it.
Together, we are building fulfilled clinicians and a stronger future for mental health care.
This is stewardship in action.
